Oryx is a label focused on mainstream and trendy sounds without limitation of styles. Oryx is not an house label, not a progressive label, not an electro label, is a MUSIC label that works on both digital and the traditional vinyl/cd market. Oryx tracks were supported from time to time by top djs alike Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, included in several high profile compilations and radio playlists across the world and reached many times the top position of the biggest dance music digital distribution portals, including Beatport, Djdownload, Junodownload, Trackitdown. Our sublabels are Helios (for progressive and electro house) and Axum (for techno and minimal sounds).


A Green Label
Oryx is as a "green label". Green evolves with our growth and is used as a tool for not only reducing costs, waste, and environmental impact, but simultaneously increases brand awareness, efficiency, and collaborators loyalty. Most of our business process are digital, from distribution, to promotion, administration (for example paper and cds use is reduced to the minimum). We do waste sorting in our office and recording studios, so waste material can be efficiently recycled and we are even planning to power the light system of our office with solar energy. But our efforts doesn't ends here. Oryx is known for its green initiatives. In 2008, for example, the no-profit org "Trees for the future" has re-planted of a grove of 1000 trees in Haiti thanks to our donation (we donated a small amount for each copy sold of Danny Darko "We Need To Wake Up" sold).
