Q. Is your site legal?
All music on offer at DMH is cleared by the relevant rights holders for sale. DMH is 100% committed to supporting artist and the development of the electronic music industry. We hold licenses with mechanical rights societies to ensure that all artists/songwriters receive their rightful payment.
Q. Is your site secure for purchasing online?
We have partnered with SecurePay who are regarded as one of the leading payment gateway providers.
SecurePay's Payment Servers take advantage of Firewall protection and IP restriction, limiting server access only to trusted parties.
Transaction data, including customers' credit card details, sent between SecurePay clients and the SecurePay Payment System is encrypted using 1024-bit PKI encryption, which is considered realistically unbreakable.
Secure data entered into the SecurePay website is also encrypted using a 128-bit SSL certificate provided by VeriSign.
Customers' credit card numbers are never openly stored within the SecurePay System. Transaction data is stored with a truncated PAN-- an abbreviated version of the credit card number --so that merchants can still distinguish transactions, while full credit card details are never stored.
SecurePay ensures merchants' and their customers' security using only the latest and strongest measures available. Research and development in this area is continuous to keep SecurePay's Payment System up-to-date, and truly secure.

The files on offer are of the highest quality and can be used by DJ's and music enthusiasts from the bedroom to the superclub.

Q. Why do some tracks I download from you sound louder / better quality than others?
Purchasing music from DMH is no different from buying music from a record store in this respect. Different artists have different ways of mastering their music . The .Wav files on offer at DMH are the original files supplied to us from the Record Labels and our media partners. We use these "master" files to encode all of our other formats.
DMH does not normalize, EQ , edit , compress or change these master files in any way....what we get is what you get!!
Q. Can I share the music I download with friends?
Absolutely not!! By joining DMH and agreeing to our terms and conditions you are bound to uphold all copyright laws. Anybody found copying, distributing or sharing our files will be suspended and face prosecution by relevant authorities. DMH has a "zero-tolerance" policy on file sharing.

As per our end user license agreement music downloaded from DMH can be listened to on a computer or a portable listening device. You may also burn the music to CD for personal use as outlined in the end user license agreement. You may not share or trade your music with anybody else. Above all......enjoy it responsibly.
Q. I am a DJ can I use the files I download from your site to DJ with?
Within Australia, USA and UK/Europe the answer is yes. Outside of these territories we recommend checking with your local mechanical rights society. DMH also recommends keeping copies of purchase receipts with your music at all times especially whilst DJ'ing.
Remember that buying music from us is no different from purchasing it from the record store. It is up to you or the venue you play in to have the relevant public performance rights.

Once a file has been successfully delivered to you it is deemed as "sold". DMH is not responsible for any lost or damaged music once the file is successfully delivered.
